§1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

To use Winkaro888 services, you must:

  • Be a resident of India or a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited
  • Provide accurate personal information when requested
  • Have only one account per person (duplicate accounts are prohibited)

Winkaro888 (winkaro888.xyz) acts as an online betting ID provider, facilitating access to third-party betting and casino platforms. Our services include:

  • Football betting ID creation (EPL, La Liga, Champions League, FIFA)
  • Tennis betting ID creation (Wimbledon, US Open, ATP, WTA)
  • Live casino ID creation (Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack)
  • Deposit facilitation via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, bank transfer
  • Withdrawal processing and funds disbursement
  • 24/7 WhatsApp customer support
  • Bonus and promotional offer management

Note: Winkaro888 is an ID provider service. The actual betting takes place on third-party platforms. We are responsible for ID creation, deposits, and withdrawals — not for the odds or outcomes on third-party betting platforms.

§3. ACCOUNT & ID RULES
  • One betting ID per user per platform (duplicate IDs are not permitted)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID and password
  • Never share your betting ID credentials with anyone
  • Report any unauthorized use of your ID immediately via WhatsApp
  • Winkaro888 agents will never ask for your ID password or OTP
  • Account activity must be for personal recreational use only, not for professional arbitrage
  • Providing false information during registration may result in account termination
§4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

4.2 Deposit Rules
  • Minimum deposit amount: ₹500
  • All deposits must be made from your own registered payment account
  • Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the betting ID is created and activated
  • Transaction fees (if any) are borne by the user
  • Winkaro888 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit
§5. WITHDRAWALS
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to our support team
  • Withdrawals are processed same day, typically within 1-4 hours of request
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
  • Withdrawals are processed only to the registered payment method used for deposits
  • Winnings from bonuses may have wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility
  • Winkaro888 reserves the right to verify identity before processing large withdrawals
  • Fraudulent withdrawal attempts will result in immediate account suspension
§6. BONUSES & PROMOTIONS
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new users on first deposit only
  • Bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements (typically 3x-5x)
  • One welcome bonus per household/IP address/device
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings from bonus bets are withdrawable
  • Winkaro888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time
  • Bonus abuse or manipulation will result in bonus cancellation and account review
  • Refer-a-friend bonuses are credited once the referred user makes a qualifying deposit
§7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

  • Use of our services if you are under 18 years of age
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
  • Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of betting manipulation
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets
  • Attempting to exploit technical glitches or errors in our favor
  • Money laundering or using betting accounts for illegal financial transactions
  • Impersonating another user or providing false identification
  • Unauthorized access attempts to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reselling or transferring your betting ID to another person
§8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Winkaro888 provides betting ID services in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for betting losses on third-party platforms
  • We are not responsible for platform downtime or technical issues on third-party betting sites
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction
§9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Winkaro888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
  • Provision of false personal information
  • Suspected underage gambling
  • Abusive behavior toward support staff
  • Responsible gambling self-exclusion requests

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Genuine account balances will be returned upon verified closure requests.

§10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Winkaro888 services should first be raised with our support team via WhatsApp. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after depositing?
Deposits are generally non-refundable once your betting ID has been created and activated. However, if you experience technical issues or your ID was not delivered, contact our WhatsApp support immediately. We review all cases individually and aim to find fair resolutions.
What happens if I forget my betting ID password?
Contact our WhatsApp support team at wa.link/winkaro777. We'll verify your identity through the phone number registered with your account and help you reset your credentials. Never share your password with anyone — our agents will never ask for it.
Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?
Winkaro888 does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge nominal UPI/NEFT transaction fees. Any such fees are borne by the user. We are transparent about all charges and there are no hidden fees on our end.
Can I transfer my betting ID to someone else?
No. Betting IDs are strictly non-transferable. Each ID is registered to a specific individual and sharing or selling your ID to another person violates our Terms & Conditions. Detected transfers will result in immediate account termination without refund of any balance.
What is the wagering requirement for bonuses?
Bonus wagering requirements vary by promotion. Standard welcome bonuses have a 3x-5x wagering requirement, meaning you must place bets worth 3-5 times the bonus amount before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. Specific terms for each promotion are shared via WhatsApp when the bonus is credited.
